Chill No Chill: In-N-Out Sues DoorDash
In-N-Out is suing the delivery service DoorDash for using the burger chain's "food and trademarks in a way that implies [they] have some kind of partnership or agreement." Aside from misuse of logo and implied partnership, the chain is also worried that if DoorDash provides less-than-stellar service, customers will associate that fault with the restaurant. Is In-N-Out harshing the vibes of hungry DoorDash users? Or is the company completely fair in its quest for brand control over convenience?
