'Mind Frame' Video Takes Your Brain Apart and Puts It Back all Weird
For the past few years, Boston-based illustrator Jake Fried has been assembling one-minute time-lapse videos that take up to nine months to complete. Drawing with ink, coffee, and white out, Fried layers an emerging reality onto high-grade paper, stopping to photograph at each new level of creation. The still photos are then strung together to form a morphing and amorphous swirl of activity that for all the world could actually be the visual overflow from an exploding human psyche.
Mind Frame is the latest painstaking and dynamic art piece from Fried. Is it his most freaky? Take a trip at the artist's website, and explore that question for yourself.
